QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

OBJECTIVE

  • To be responsible for the integrated chicken production system,
  • Controlling the production process,
  • Promoting records of information relevant to the process and ensuring the delivery of production to the slaughterhouse, within the standards of quality, cost and service,
  • Keep the team motivated and disciplined in following the company's production standards, ensuring the routine management of its area of responsibility,
  • Be the guardian of the work method and lead the team in the adoption of technologies, to maintain competitiveness,
  • Execute the management routine in your area, following the KPIs, conducting deviation diagnoses and implementing actions to improve productivity, performance and yield,
  • Be an example and sponsor our Safety, Quality and Integrity commitments,
  • Comply with and enforce compliance with HSE Policy and Principles.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor degree in Veterinarian, Agronomist, Zootechnist,
  • Fluent English (written and oral),
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in broiler chicken process.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel / Word / Powerpoint),
  • Knowledge and application of problem solving tools (PDCA),
  • Data analysis skills,
  • Team leadership and communication skills,
  • Knowledge of process management,
  • Knowledge and practical extension methods,
  • Knowledge of technologies in intensive production warehouses,
  • Knowledge and application of the concepts of efficiency, performance and productivity,
  • Ability to work under pressure,
  • Ability to work in a team environment and interact appropriately with all levels of the organization and represent the area in a professional manner,
  • Reliable and with a high level of professional integrity,
  • Work ethics and commitment to excellence.
