About The Role

We are looking for a talent in Digital Marketing field with strong records in leading digital strategy and implementation, from basic digital marketing, performance, optimization to content and partnership marketing.

The role will mainly responsible for create and lead digital marketing strategy, collaborate with digital agencies and keep up with trend and opportunity to grow the digital department.

Job Qualifications

  • Typically requires a minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible digital marketing experience which includes managing and driving digital marketing, social media and e-commerce strategies and tactics to successfully drive a positive customer experience leading to increased company profits.
  • At least 7 years experiences, prefered 3 years head of Digital Marketing.
  • Experience Leading digital Marketing teams, agencies and directly executing campaigns.
  • Experience with customer acquisition via digital channels.
  • Experience with CRM.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Creative, out of box and open mindset while remained commercial sense.
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Strong communication skills and experience in copywriting.
  • High energy, innovative, proactive, and resourceful.
  • Self-starter demonstrating proactivity, grittiness, and ability to take ownership.
  • Highly creative and analytical problem solver adept at liaising between teams to drive results.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

  • The transformation of its current conventional approach to marketing towards a more digital, analytical, driven and personalized approach.
  • Planning digital marketing campaigns.
  • Maintaining social media presence across all digital channels.
  • Developing and monitoring digital campaign budgets.
  • Coordinating with advertising and media experts to improve digital marketing results.
  • Interfacing and coordinating with marketing communication unit on digital marketing activities and functions, as well as PR, events, retail and business product marketing teams.
  • Motivate marketing team members to create marketing initiatives across all digital channels and platforms that drive company and brand business objectives.
  • Accountable for the performance of digital agencies (creative and media) and consultants.
  • Responsible for Social Media Strategy development, rollout of program elements and execution, content calendar development, content production, determining paid support, analytics and optimization and other related tasks.
  • Track and analyze campaign analytics and return on ad spend to make optimization recommendations.
  • Identify and action insights from key industry trends and competitive analysis.
  • Managing and optimizing Social Media Campaigns, Google Adwords and other digital channels with various agencies.
  • Taking active role in SEO and content development campaigns together with digital agencies.
  • Working on new ideas, to reduce costs and increase revenues, via digital marketing.
  • Managing eCommerce digital marketing budget together with the brand team.
  • To follow up targeting, optimization and content management steps together with the agencies.
