QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree in Engineering, Economy, Business Administration, Trade&Finance
• Min 2 years of experience in the fuel supply chain
• Fluency in both written and spoken English
• Use of MS Office programs and ERP SAP
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Team player
• Critical-thinker and problem-solving skills
• Innovative and pro-active approach 

JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Supporting supply operations team in all relevant areas of operations with the assurance of HSSE compliance
• Following up and entering all supply related invoices into SAP
• Supporting supply related import, shipping & customs processes in coordination with relevant parties.
• Coordinating operations of fuel additives
• Following up and documentation of daily payments, coordinating them with the finance department.  
• Closely monitoring the credit limits of the company and informing internal parties
• Supporting pump price change processes and following up the competition in the market
• Prepare the supply chain reports of the Supply Chain Directorate
• Ensure that all operations comply with regulations of EMRA, customs, and public institutions
