Summary:

Global Organizational Leadership Development (GOLD) Program Associate is agreat international career opportunity for Young Talents !

Within two 12- month rotations, RBIS GOLD Associates will complete:

• Rotations in different operation and supply chain related functions

• Lean (ELS) training and onboarding during your first year as a GOLD. A structured  program of leadership development along with Lean Sigma & finance training and hands- on experience at one of our manufacturing sites

• Continued training and learning opportunities in throughout the 2 year program

• Participate, co-facilitate and leadership of continuous improvement projects

RBIS GOLD program graduates are ready to take on business critical roles around the globe. This role will specifically be supporting our EMEA operations organization in Turkey to help coordinate ELS and other process improvement projects for our site. The role will include:

• Providing daily support for the ELS and process improvement projects

• Supporting the business owners and plant manager in analyzing production problems in terms of productivity and quality for the plant

• Taking an active roles in improvement projects in Production, Quality and Supply Chain Departments

• Improving current business processes through the introduction of a culture of continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• Highly motivated, creative thinker able to work effectively in a fast-paced, change-driven environment

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering) 

• Open for mobility to different countries and locations in the future 

• Internship or work experience in global companies or manufacturing companies is preferred

• Leadership experience in student associations, overseas study / extra curricular activities exposure is preferred

• Comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously

• Sets and achieves challenging goals for self and projects; and works independently and within a team;

• Works well both independently and as part of a team

• Effectively communicates at all levels of the organization;

• Excellent English proficiency both oral and written is a must
