Looking for a team members who are thoughtful, kind and innovative, have the ability to consider details, fulfill the guests each requests,experienced, cultured and witty, enthusiastic and positive, talented, confident and open-minded , having the sense of Turkish hospitability, welcoming, informative and friendly.

İŞ TANIMI

• Welcome  each guest with a warm smile, eye contact, a friendly  greeting, using the guest's name.Actively listen and respond positively  the questions, concerns, and requests
• Address guests' service needs in a professional, positive, and timely manner.Supply guests with directions and information regarding property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities.Follow up with guests to ensure their requests or problems have been met to their satisfaction.Handle sensitive issues with guests with tact, respect, diplomacy, and confidentiality.
• Process all operations at the front desk
• Minimum 1 year experience in Front Office,or related professions.Excellent command of both writen and spoken English; any other language is advantageousBachelor’s degree in related fields. (Hotel Management, Business Administration etc.)
• Ability to be a clear thinker who can remain calm in emergency situations.Ability to focus attention on details.
