QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

As Atos Müşteri Hizmetleri A.Ş; we are looking to recruit a Sales Manager to join our Sales department based in Istanbul.


Job Description 

  • Carrying out the whole sales process by driving proactively sales activities and spending considerable time in the field with the clients to reach sales target,
  • Establishing and realising new business and market opportunities, building effective business relationships and expanding the client network 
  • Analyzing the needs of potential customers in business areas and providing customized solutions,
  • Coordinating with the Solution team, in order to prepare the most appropriate proposal / solution for the potential customer needs and company strategy;
  • Carrying out an effective communication process with the Project, Operations, Legal and HR teams etc. in order to evaluate and define correctly the legal and financial obligations of the contract, and to plan the service correctly
  • Being responsible for completing the sales approval process carried out within the organization and finalizing the contract process with the customer
  • Forecasting and tracking sales / customer metrics (both qualitative and quantitative)
  • Accurating pipeline management, forecasting accuracy and strict and continuous CRM system up to date with all sales related activity
  • Analyzing competitors and evaluating of the market and opportunities
  • Assisting with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related area is required,postgraduate is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Management roles
  • Strong and confident sales management style with solid written and verbal skills
  • Proven ability to influence others
  • Advanced level of English verbally & written
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in outsourcing / call center industry

Preferred Candidate

Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
Completed, Exempt
English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
