Field Service Engineer

ATESS POWER ENERJİ TEKNOLOJİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ

· Provide “on-site” technical support to customers for the installation, commissioning, and use of ATESS products in the Europe and Middle East region.

· Promptly and effectively handle customer complaints, ensuring responses are provided within a committed timeframe.

· Efficiently manage customer tickets using the CRM system.

· Follow up on service emails, providing prompt responses or escalating issues as necessary.

· Report all support activities to the Service Manager.

Job Requirements:

· Excellent communication skills with customers, demonstrating the ability to understand and guide them effectively.

· Fluency in English is mandatory. Additional languages are advantageous.

· Prior experience in providing remote technical support is essential.

· Patient and helpful attitude when providing support.

· Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Information Engineering, or a related field.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Basic understanding of communication protocols such as TCP/IP, SIP communication, Modbus, and RS485.

· Exceptional communication and coordination skills, with the ability to communicate fluently in English.

· Willingness to travel internationally for on-the-job training purposes.

· Understanding of the importance of teamwork, collaboration, and accurate reporting of service activities.

· Military obligation must be completed for male candidates.
