Background & Qualifications

• University degree from a reputable university,
• Advanced command of written and spoken English,
• Related work experience (Business Development, Finance, Controlling, Planning, Audit, Reporting etc.),
  • Minimum 2 years for Specialist position
  • Minimum 4 years for Executive position
• Experience in pharma industry would be an asset,
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving and excellent team-working skills,
• Excellent planning and implementation skills,
• High degree of interpersonal communication and strategic mindset,
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications (especially Excel & PowerPoint),
• Able to work under pressure and meet challenging deadlines with a positive attitude,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

Summary Job Description

Business Partnering to Business Units in Forecasting & Planning Processes:

• To improve operational and financial effectiveness of Business Units, by delivering all planning processes with high standards,
• To support management team and the Business Units w/high quality business reports,
• To support the Business Units, w/all forecasting and planning processes (long & short-term budget cycles, Field Force target-setting process etc.),
• Continuous tracking of the performance of Business Units, on a periodical basis (sales KPIs, cost-management etc.),
• Support Business Units with high quality business reports in order to avoid any stock-out risk and meet Forecast Accuracy target.

Business Development:

• To support commercial projects as defined by Management Team, aligned with AstraZeneca Turkey business priorities,
• Continuous portfolio assessment and pursuing opportunities to maximize contribution.
