Qualifications;

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electronics Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering degree is preferable),
• Minimum 5 years experience in Quality Area,
• Internal or Lead Auditor certificate in ISO 9001 quality management system standard (ISO 16949, CMMI 2.0, AQAP-160 certification is preferable)
• Good knowledge of problem solving tools (8-D, Fishbone, 5Why),
• Proficient using Microsoft Office,
• Good written and oral communication skills in English,
• Strong oral and written communication skills,
• Team work ability in a multicultural organization,
• Having a valid driving licence & no obstacle for travelling,
• No military service obligation for male candidates.

Role:

• Conduct Quality Engineering related activities such as process flow charting, problem investigation/analysis, standards and procedure updating/development, report writing, and presentation development in support of daily activities,
• Determines quality parameters by identifying statistical methods relevant to processes,
• To manage PPAP and Control Plan preparation,
• Identifying root cause through data analysis for preventive and corrective actions,
• To analyze the risk of all processes together with the associated group and to work with them to decrease the risk level ( engineering, logistics, packaging, maintenance)
• To be an active participant in all FMEA studies and to make sure that risks are addressed correctly starting with design
• Conduct Quality System and special process audits as required,
• Determines new equipments such as control fixtures, special inspection gages by checking the customer specifications for parts,
• Supporting lean manufacturing system,
• Providing overall leadership for quality and reliability of products,
• Taking active role at new part launches.
