QUALIFICATIONS

As an international consulting and engineering firm, we are seeking Junior/Senior Project Managers for our İstanbul Office to strengthen our Project Management Team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil/Structural Engineering from reputable universities,
• MSc in Project or Construction Management is a must,
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken,
• Experience in Client facing roles is necessary
• Self-motivated, eager to learn and to take on new challenges,
• Ability to liaise and communicate with integrated multidisciplinary teams, and stakeholders,
• Effective communication and presentation skills,
• Strong planning and organization skills,
• High standards of accuracy, be proficient at working to tight deadlines and under pressure, and be able to prioritize tasks delegated by other team members,
• No travel restrictions (national & international),

JOB DESCRIPTION

The successful candidate will work under the supervision of senior leaders and project managers.

• Assist the project management activities including the design management, program management, project planning, procurements and contract strategy, cost and value management, tender preparation, budgeting and preparation of bills of quantities etc. for all project types, i.e. commercial, retail, leisure, offices, museums, university facilities, residential, multi-purpose buildings and healthcare/highly serviced buildings, and aviation.
