Junior Graphical Designer

Arup is looking for a Junior Graphical Designer to support the Marketing/Business Development efforts in our vibrant and growing Istanbul practice. Based in Istanbul, you will work with local, regional, and global leaders to create and implement winning, client-focused strategies and high-impact collateral and proposals.

Qualifications

•         Having a bachelor’s degree in Graphical Design and good communication, writing, and organizational skills.
•         Ideally, having 3+ years of experience as a graphical designer.
•         Able to set priorities and meeting deadlines.
•         Having good time management/prioritization skills,
•         Good written English language skills, and attention to detail.
•         Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, especially InDesign, Acrobat, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
•         A positive attitude is as important as any specific skills you might bring to this role.
•         Marketing Experience is a plus

Job Description

This is a hands-on role, actively delivering on elements of proposals, collateral, and events. The role includes:

•         Assisting in the preparation of materials for submittals, requests for information and proposals
•         Assisting in the preparation of qualification packages, tailoring resumes and proposal responses, including forms and specialized documents.
•         Updating marketing materials, including project sheets, resumes, and other collateral
•         Updating our client relationship management system and other databases
•         Assisting and coordinating events, seminars, and conferences
