QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

OVERVIEW

Aritas was founded in 1976 and is a manufacturer of cryogenic pressure vessels in Turkey. Aritas is focused on Distribution and Storage (D&S) equipment and is mainly targeting the European market. Its main products are trailers, storage vessels, containers, vaporizers. Products are exported to more than 75 countries worldwide.

Since 2017 Aritas operates out of a newly built manufacturing facility in Bandirma.

Aritas was acquired by Broadview Energy Solutions in July 2019. Broadview Energy Solutions is a holding company based in Rotterdam. Next to Aritas it owns Molgas (43,3% minority shareholding) and Barents Naturgass (100%), which are both LNG distribution companies based in respectively Madrid (Spain) and Hammerfest (Norway). It further owns Cryogenic Container Solutions, a company operating a fleet of over seventy cryogenic tank containers out of Rotterdam.

Broadview Energy Solutions is part of Broadview Holding, which is controlled by HAL Investments, a large investment fund which is listed on the Euronext stock exchange. Broadview is an active shareholder that is closely involved in setting and implementing the strategy of the company. 

We are looking for a Sales Manager having the following qualifications to be employed in the company.


 QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor degree, preferably Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial or Mechatronics Engineering with a focus on sales/marketing
  • Minimum 5 years experience in an industrial sales and marketing position, preferably in cryogenics industry
  • Demonstrated expertise in successful negotiations and persuasion of key decision makers
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics, requirements
  • Proven ability to achieve sales golas and excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Team / Relationship building and employee development
  • Fluent in both English and Turkish, French will be an asset
  • Self motivated, well-organized, goal-driven and pro-active personality with good interpersonal skills and a team-worker
  • Efficient with computer skills such as Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Position requires extensive travels within short notice
  • Male candidates should have no military obligationBe able to travel between and work from two locations; Istanbul & Bandırma when required

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • To work directly with the customer to communicate and drive Arıtaş Cryogenics’s strategy, pricing, product offering etc.
  • To collect, interpret and communicate market intelligence
  • To develop annual forecasts and montly sales plans
  • To conduct regular (quarterly,semi-annual) meetings with key accounts to review relevant metrics including quality, on-time delivery, pricing, new products, forecasts etc.
  • To represent Arıtaş Crogenics at industry/association and customer meetings
  • To facilitate product development efforts and to demonstrate technical selling skills and product knowledge in all areas 
  • To develop annual business plan, detailing activities to follow during the fiscal year which focus on exceeding sales goal objectives
  • To demonstrate the ability to carry on a business conversation with business owners, executives and decision makers at all levels
  • To assist in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed
  • Being responsible for sourcing and developing client relationships and referrals 
  • To demonstrate the ability to gather and submit detailed business information and problem solving specific to pricing, market conditions and new product development
  • To maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and to follow up acitivities within their assigned territory, including the use of CRM software to maintain accurate records which maximize territory opportunity and potential
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures,business ethics and code of conduct and ensures that they are implemented within the territory
  • To maintain contact with all current and potential customers in the marketing area ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Maintains professional internal and external relationships and establishes effective team spirit with all support departments
