QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualifications

Graduated from Electric and Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Sciences or in a related discipline
Minimum 3 years experience in Telecom sector preferably in Mobile Telecom operators or vendors
Knowledge of IP networking and experience in TCP-IP and protocols/applications running over TCP-IP (HTTP/S, DNS, GTP-C, GTP-U) is a plus
Experience in real time network monitoring and/or customer experience managemetn is a plus
Have administration and troubleshooting knowledge in Linux environment is preferable
Experience with Apache Kafka, JMS technologies is a plus
Knowledge of NoSQL, PostgreSQL and MySQL is preferable
Knowledge of one or more scripting language, such as bash, Python is a big plus
Successful at working in a team culture
Fluency in verbal and written English
No military obligations

Availability for 7/24 support activities
Provide solutions to technical issues raised by the customer
