QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical-Electronics Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering or Electronics Engineering and Computer Engineering (Master Degree is a plus),
- Minimum 3 years experience in HW design preferably in white goods/automotive/consumer electronics industry,
- Knowledge of Hardware & PCB Design (Altium, Orcad, or Proteus),
- Having experience in embedded HW design especially on Atmel, Cypress and ARM Cortex M0/M3/M4 series 8-32 bit microcontrollers,
- Knowledge of SMPS and AC/DC driver circuitry design,
- Knowledge of SPI, I2C, RS232, RS485 communication protocols,
- Knowledge of electronic components and semiconductors,
- Having experience in FMEA, requirements management, project management and problem-solving methodologies
- Knowledge of EMC/EMI tests and hands-on experience is a plus,
- Having experience on using issue and task tracking tools like TFS or JIRA,
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Thinking broadly about business,

İŞ TANIMI
Arçelik is looking for a Specialist - R&D (Hardware) who will work in Refrigerator Product Directorate.
- Will designing HW of main boards, displays, illumination boards, and inverter boards and implement new electronic designs into the refrigerators
- Guiding cable harness design process according to the refrigerator electronic system
- Developing, maintaining and improving hardware architecture to ensure fast and efficient execution of electronic projects,
- Improving field-oriented approach into our electronic systems and increase quality and reliability level accordinglys,
- Translating technical/sub-system attribute targets into module/components targets,
- Creating modules/libraries and facilitate reuse of knowledge globally,
- Collaborating across functional and geographic boundaries to leverage global knowledge and deliver winning solutions.
- Controlling cost for current and new designs in order to use the most cost-effective electronic solution.
