• Bachelor's Degree in related fields,
• Minimum 5 years of related work experience,
• Possessing in depth production is a must, agency experience is a plus,
• Developing task briefs and contributing to the creation of strategic briefs,
• Being able to work and manage multiple projects autonomously from brief to completion,
• Having experience in creating master timing plans, cost estimates and controlling production process’ financially in order to improve cost efficiencies and profitability,
• Being able to contribute an informed and balanced evaluation of creative work; ensuring it is of the highest standard possible, on brand and on brief,
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Thinking broadly about business,
• Understanding needs of the market & customer,
• Having the desire to do outstanding jobs,

JOB DESCRIPTION

Arçelik is looking for a Senior Specialist - Content Production & Operation have a pivotal role in empowering our studio who will work for Global Content Excellence Team. This role is responsible for combining skills in project management, client management, and entrepreneurial leadership and manages whole brands of Arçelik’s work from kick-off to final delivery. As the central point of contact for project teams and clients, this role establishes project plans, track progress, remove obstacles for the team, and ensure we deliver world-class work on strategy, on time and on budget.

• Autonomously managing small and mid-sized projects,
• Collaborating with Brand Teams and discipline leads to define the approach and scope of projects (goals, deliverables, schedule, and budget),
• Managing interdisciplinary teams to execute strategic and conceptual work,
• Ensuring the delivery of all project deliverables on time, on budget and of the highest quality,
• Leading and managing studio plans and arrange filming/photo-shooting schedules according the needs,
• Supporting day-to-day communications with internal team, by coordinating meetings, notes, status reports, task lists, etc.,
• Managing third party vendors and mitigate risk,
• Overseeing content production across multiple clients, with quick turnaround time, and pipeline resources as needed,
• Leading and inspiring client teams across all levels and disciplines by clearly communicating project schedules, deliverables and daily/weekly deadlines,
• Serving as client facing content expert, as needed, across all accounts.
