QUALIFICATIONS 

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Control and Communications, Manufacturing, Aeronautical or Management Engineering, 
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Quality Systems, 
• Working the same job previously, 
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English, 
• Thinking broadly about business, 
• Understanding needs of the market & customer, 
• Having desire to do outstanding jobs, 
• Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people, 
• Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility,

The position is located in Çayırova. 

 JOB DESCRIPTION 

Arçelik is looking for a Quality Systems Specialist - Quality Assurance who will work for Washing Machine Product Directorate. 

•  Leading ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System compliance and coordinating all divisions of the plant as the quality management system responsible, 
• Representing the plant for factory and system audits of both national and international certification bodies, standards institutes and customers, 
• Tracking and analysis of process performance indicators and quality targets, 
• Follow-up and reporting non-conformities related to processes and products, 
• Planning quality objectives and trainings, 
• Document and CAPA management system ownership, 
• Addressing the needs for process and operational improvement, active participation in projects.
