• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business Administration,
• Having 10+ years of experience, preferably including consulting experience,
• Having experience in managing digital transformation and process improvement projects,
• Having  experience in Robotics Process Automation(RPA), preferably knows RPA implementation in RPA software,
• Having experience and competencies in agile methodology,
• Having interest in digital solutions, follows the new trends and technologies,
• Having experience in project management, planning and coordination skills,
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Thinking broadly about business,
• Understanding needs of the market & customer,
• Having desire to do outstanding jobs,
• Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,
• Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility,
• Building collaboration,
• Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.

The position is located in Sütlüce.

Arçelik  is looking for a Digital Process Transformation Project Leader who will work in Information Technologies Directorate.

• Leading cross-functional Digital Process Transformation and RPA projects in Agile methodology,
• Working closely with other departments, coordination and communication in line with Project requirements,
• Taking role in Feasibility studies, process and system analysis for projects,
• Following digital trends and solutions and define the potential areas of usage in company processes,
• Visualize and evaluate end-to end processes with business units. Make the improvements to generate solid measurable benefits in existing company processes,
• Working in agile methodology to deliver projects and proactively take actions to prevent risks, ensuring the coordination between units, build and follow-up the action plans to reach the Project goals.
