• Studying Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Electronic Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering (4th grade) or having Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree

• Knowledge of software programmes (MS Office, Pyhton, Knime, R, Julia, C++, Autocad, Solidworks, Technomatics, Arena, NX, Jack&Jill etc.)

• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,

• Ability to effectively lead and direct employees,

• Thinking broadly about business, 

• Understanding needs of the market & customer, 

• Having desire to do outstanding jobs,

• Recognizing and understanding the emotions of other people,

• Listening to different perspectives and showing flexibility,

• Building collaboration,

• Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.

The position is located in Bolu.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Arçelik is looking for a Project Assistant who will work for Cooking Appliances Directorate.

• Experiencing to be a member of a Global Organization,
  
• Experiencing quality management and customer insight by participating in quality projects,
• Experiencing and improving various manufacturing processes (sheet metal forming, coating, assembling, etc.)
• MTM analyses, layout studies, work flow analyses to improve manufacturing efficiencies,
• Maximizing productivity by improving OEE & OME,
• Developing crisis management, making decision under stress skills,
• Performing cost improvement, design, R&D studies,
• Attending technique/nontechnique e-learning or class trainings among wide education range of Arçelik.
