JOB DESCRIPTION

Arcelik is looking for a "Project Assistant – Insurance Management" who will work for Enterprise Risk Management Directorate - Insurance Management Department.

• Supporting domestic and international claim processes for various insurance lines,
• Reporting the company’s internal/external insurance policy and claims,
• Supporting the elementary insurance portfolio management especially for existing domestic and international reinsurance program policies,
• Following up legal files (litigation and enforcement proceedings),
• Being able to draft, review and negotiate various kinds of legal documents and all related documents
• Preparing and inspecting contracts or other documents both in Turkish and English,
• Supporting the processes for defining, measuring, following up the potential risks which the company can be exposed to, 
• Supporting processes and communication with external business units (insurance companies, reinsurers, agencies, experts, restoration firms, etc.),
• Supporting all accounting process, related to claim and insurance issues,
• Supporting related topics about risk management systems in order to ensure compliance with regulations.
