• At least 5 years experience in a reputable law firm or a national/multinational company
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Having no restriction on traveling,
• Working independently on assigned legal projects

 Arçelik is looking for a Legal Counsel - Corporate who will work for Legal & Compliance Department.

• Providing research, counsel, and guidance on legal questions or issues of bussiness units,
• Preparing and reviewing  contracts  and other documents related to a variety of trade, commercial, financial, and operational matters to protect the organization's legal and business interests,
• Expertise especially on Banking & Finance, project finance and capital markets,
• Analyzing and identifying legal risks and implications.
