QUALIFICATIONS 

 • Minimum B.Sc. degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering; Computer Science, System Engineering or related field 

• Knowhow of process assessment methodologies, design techniques, efficiency drivers, and process management tools •

• Knowhow of Organizational assessment and design, job description methodologies

• Knowhow of Design Thinking Methodology 

• Experience in Automotive industry’s is an asset • Project Management Experience • Understanding usecase and roll out to other related parties.

 • General knowlegde on algortithmic design & coding is an asset. • Advanced level in writing & speaking for English 

• Eager to learn and integrate new technologies to their work environment •

• Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.

• Having desire to do outstanding jobs,

• Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,

DESCRIPTION 

 Arcelik A.S. is looking for Production System & Process Improvement Engineer /Specialist who will work with the global process owner. This team member will assess processes and re-design them with the opportunity to reinvent processes. Team member will have the ability to define business and functional requirements from process flows, prepare use cases and manage prosess related audits 

• This role will represent the general process for production, production engineering and planning in production plants in order to create digital transformation standart for entire Arçelik processes 

• Analysing, reporting and follow up will be a part of the role about process assessment methodologies, design techniques and process management tools

 • The successfull candidate will maintain the global approach for production, production engineering and planning function & collaboration among all of the plants of Arcelik throughout the world.

 • Process mapping, process modelling, data management infrastructure & data mapping, system design & optimization will be the main part of the role. 

• Business analysis, system analysis and system improvement activities will be conducted with IT department. • Project management and rollout management for system design will be performed for new projects and system improvement projects.
