QUALIFICATIONS 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Economics or Business Administration,
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience budget & reporting with similar position or in audit,
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Applications,
• Knowledge of Hyperion HFM and SAP BPC is an asset, 
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English, 
• Thinking broadly about business, 
• Understanding needs of the market & customer, 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, positive attitude and being a team player 
• Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility, 
• Building collaboration, 
• Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.

 JOB DESCRIPTION 

Arçelik is looking for a Specialist - Cost Planning & Analysis who will work for Financial Reporting and Corporate Performance Directorate. 

• Managing and controlling budget and planning process of the company for cost planning and taking active role in coordination of zero-based budgeting project. 
• Being responsible for budgeting and forecasting activities, financial planning, financial reporting and analysis.
• Ensuring effective communication with other departments for collection of accurate and timely information.
• Assisting of performing a detailed budget/forecast/actual variance and bridge analysis with explanation and commentary. 
• Reviewing, controlling and analyzing of entity level budget/actual financial figures. 
• Preparing monthly cost  trend and analysis reports 
• Preparing and analyzing financial reports and KPIs.
• Assisting preparation of monthly and ad-hoc management reports, presentations, analysis of the operational and financial key performance indicators. 
• Taking active role in zero-based budgeting project.
