QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering or other related fields,
- Willing to pursue a career in Human Resources,
- Having experience in recruitment is a plus,
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Thinking broadly about business,
- Understanding needs of the market & customer,
- Having desire to do outstanding jobs,
- Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,
- Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility,
- Building collaboration,
- Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.
Position is located in Sütlüce.
Arçelik is looking for a Project Assistant – Recuitment who will work for Human Resources Directorate.
- Updating our candidate databases,
- Giving support to create candidate pools,
- Screening resumes and application forms,
- Scheduling and confirming interviews with candidates,
- Preparing recruitment-related reports as needed,
- Assisting recruiters in whole recruitment processes,
- Taking an action, improvement and information on candidate experience,
- Keeping pipeline up-to-date.
