QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or Finance Departments,
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Payroll,
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Applications,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Thinking broadly about business,
- Understanding needs of the market & customer,
- Having desire to do outstanding jobs,
- Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,
- Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility,
- Building collaboration,
- Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.
The position is located in Sütlüce.
Arçelik is looking for an Associate – Payroll Management who will work for Accounting – Payroll Management Department.
- Accruing the wage / charge of employees,
- Payment of the salaries, taxes on salaries of employees, insurance premiums, foundation taxes returns,
- Preparing and applying for the R&D promotions,
- Preparing and applying promotions of insurance premiums that are taken because of employees,
- Controlling of checkouts of employees and payments of dues,
- Supporting the Human Resources department about the entrance and checking out of the employees,
- Forming the accounting recordings that are formed by the work and preparing of the balance sheets.
