Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Customer Relations Representative to join our team. This role not only involves managing and handling chemical  materials but also emphasizes regular customer interaction through cold calling. Familiarity with the African market will be considered a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Regularly conduct cold calls to potential customers, especially in the African market, to promote our chemical products and services and generate new business opportunities.

Manage and oversee the handling of chemical materials used in production and other processes.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures when working with hazardous substances.

Stay informed about industry trends, with a particular focus on developments in the African market.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

Approximately 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the chemical industry.

Proficiency in French & Arabic, both written and spoken.

Familiarity with the African market and business practices.

Strong understanding of chemical safety standards and environmental regulations.

Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently.

Proven experience in cold calling and customer relationship management.
