GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

Since starting production of commercial vehicles in 1984, Anadolu Isuzu continues its operations through strong partnerships with the Anadolu Group and two major Japanese companies, Isuzu Motors Ltd. and the Itochu Corporation, as a publicly traded company, with a growing portfolio. Focused on the commercial vehicles segment of the automotive industry, Anadolu Isuzu boasts a strong product range, effective aftersales services and a wide network of dealers and service centers.

The company produces and markets commercial vehicles, manufactured in its Kocaeli plant, which has an annual production capacity of 19 thousand units in one shift. Anadolu Isuzu’s manufacturing site in Turkey holds Isuzu Manufacturing Management certification, a testament of the highest quality and production standards of Isuzu in truck, pick-up and bus production across the company’s global operations, and is the only plant of the company outside of Asia. Serving its customers with 29 sales and 99 service points in Turkey, Anadolu Isuzu also operates in 33 countries through distributors. As of 2019, Anadolu Isuzu not only achieved its highest ever exports turnover in its 25-year long history but also became the export champion in the midibus segment. In late 2018, Anadolu Isuzu brought its strength and experience in commercial vehicle production and R&D into defense industry and launched the “Anadolu Savunma” brand. Anadolu Isuzu debuted the logistical heavy trucks developed by Turkish engineers in its R&D Center at IDEF 2019. Anadolu Isuzu aims to expand its reach in domestic and international markets through a range of ‘Seyit’ vehicles with high domestic ratio including8x8 tank carriers, 8x8 tactical wheeled vehicles and 4x4 tactical wheeled vehicle models.

 

Responsibilities

 

·         Develop plans and strategies to achieve annual export sales target;

·         Establish new distributor network;

·         Consult distributors regarding their activities, business plans and incentive programs to support their growth plan;

·         Plan and realize regular visits to distributors in order to give necessary support from factory;

·         Inıtiate, collect, place and follow up the order process from order to delivery. Inretmediate between company and distributor regarding the specification, financing details, aftersales warranty offers or else.

·         Create and apply strategies to increase market share through analysing critical products and customers of the related markets;

·         Closely follow up and analyse competition;

·         Manage distributors’ communication plans in order to increase brand awareness and sales success;

·         Provide constant communication between distributors and headquarter(Anadolu Isuzu) about new products for continued product development;

·         Follow-up and participate specialized international bus exhibitions;

·         Lead and develop the distributors’ team to achieve critical performance indicators; 

 

Job Requirements

 

·         University Degree in Faculty of Economics and Administrative Science, Engineering or similar fields;

·         At least 3 years of experience in similar jobs and field experience requested;

·         Excellent command of English and working proficiency in a second laguage is a must(preferably Russian, French or Arabic).

·         Proficient in MS Office Products;

·         Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills;

·         Experience in managing teams, capable of building and motivating teams;

·         Easily adaptable to technological changes;

·         Ability in analytical and creative thinking and strong problem solver;

·         Success and result oriented;

·         Willing & able to travel frequently to the related regions and countries;

·         Adaptable to flexible working hours and to a dynamic working environment;

·         Valid driving license.
