QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

To ensure communication between importers,
To complete trade operations seamlessly,
To prepare periodic and ad hoc sales reports,
To support target realisation through utilizating budget (promotions, discounts, sales contribution, bonus) based on defined chart of authority,
To register all distributor orders and 2 months rolling forecasts to Order Management System,
To report inconvience and varience in the orders,
To manage the product and distributor master data,
To enter the new distributor and prices for exported products to the system,
To identify and escalate cases for improving current business processes in order to increase the level of the services provided by the department ,
To coordinate the process of certification(helal, health etc.),
To manage and track trade equipments (ie kegs),
To track shipments for the export customers,
To capture all improvement opportunities and take necessary actions in order to enhance Market Development Department operation,
To coordinate claim settlement process connected with customers’ operations (conduct internal investigations, manage products return form customers, enter corrections into the system, provide customers with corrective documents).
To coordinate with sourcing countries export/operation teams (transport, production planning, documentation issues etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, management and engineering from a reputable university preferably,

Min. 2 years experience in a similar industry, preferably in export management,

Fluent English is a must, Russian is a plus,

Strong cross cultural, interpersonal and communication skills, business negotiation skills,

Excellent written and verbal communication,

Deadline-oriented,

Advance use of MS Office, especially MS Excel.
