QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a "Key Account Manager" to be assigned in the head office of our company, which is one of the leading logistics companies in the sector;

  • Graduated from engineering or business faculties of universities,
  • At least 10 years of experience in Key Account Management,
  • Having knowledge of logistics operations and processes,
  • Strong analytical, verbal and written communication and representation skills,
  • Able to make effective reporting, strong planning and business follow-up skills,
  • Inclined to teamwork, high sense of responsibility, customer-oriented,
  • Strong organizational skills,
  • Able to use MS Office applications,
  • Both verbal and written fluence in English,
  • Having a class B driver's license,
  • No travel restrictions,
  • Completed military service for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Reporting to the Director with being member of the team of executives and ass. managers,
  • Manage Key Account operations within the scope of cooperation with customers, to make periodic visits, to represent the company in the best way,
  • Closely monitor all operational processes of customers under its responsibility,
  • Ensure that customer requests are shared with the relevant departments within the company, followed up and fulfilled,
  • Manage the preparation of KPI reports and presentations on logistics services provided to customers,
  • Ensure that performance reports are evaluated together with operations and necessary improvements are made,
  • Support the compliance of the service provided to the customers with the contract, the follow-up and control of the contract renewal periods,
  • Follow the tender processes of the operations for which it is responsible, to present the pricing and operational setups,
  • Ensuring that potential business opportunities are created in the customers as upsell and cross sell and provide new services by working in coordination with the operation teams,
  • Ensure that operational and efficiency studies are carried out with the customer in order to improve operational processes.
