QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

QUALIFICATIONS   

We are looking for a "Customer Analytics Senior Executive"  to join our marketing team. This role will be responsible for CRM and loyalty programmes in Aksigorta. 

  • Bachelor’s / Master degree (preferably in engineering or economics and administrative sciences),
  • Solid experience in crm and loyalty programmes
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work with teams coming from diverse backgrounds
  • Proven analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems.Strong background in customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Excellent command of English both written and spoken
  • Experience in customer segment management


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Making customer behaviour trend analysis, developing and executing action plans
  • Defining strategies to gain new customer, also retain and increase existing customer portfolio with upsell and cross-sell activities.
  • Lead cross-functional projects using data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover opportunities. Designing and building renewal strategies and creating action plans to enhance sales performance.
  • Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the company encouraging customer retention and loyalty.
  • Designing and implementing customer segment strategy.
  • Working closely with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the company.Leveraging and developing existing 3rd party VAS (Value Added Services) ecosystem for both customer and sales channels.
