Information Security Executive

We are looking for a "Data Governance Executive" with the following qualifications,

·         Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field,

·         Experience in data protection and legal compliance,

·         Knowledge of national data protection law (KVKK) and GDPR

·         Knowledge of information security best practices such as: ISO 27000 series, ISA, or COBIT

·         Minimum 3 years experience in similar position,

·         Good command of English both written and spoken,

·         Team worker with strong problem solving abilities and analytical skills,

·         Strong planning and monitoring skills,

·         Solution oriented and  analytical minded.

JOB DESCRIPTION

·         Roll out an enterprise wide data governance framework, with a focus on improvement of data quality and the protection of sensitive data through modifications to organization behavior policies and standards, principles, governance metrics, processes, related tools and data architecture

·         Define roles and responsibilities related to data governance and ensure clear accountability for stewardship of the company’s principal information assets

·         Serve as a liaison between Business and Functional areas and technology to ensure that data related business requirements for protecting sensitive data are clearly defined, communicated and well understood and considered as part of operational prioritization and planning

·         Develop & maintain inventory of the enterprise information maps, including authoritative systems, owners

·         Facilitate the development and implementation of data quality standards, data protection standards and adoption requirements across the enterprise,

·         Write and update detailed guides on data protection policies,

·         Monitor data management procedures and compliance within the company,

·         Configuration and management of data governance, data discovery, data masking and data archiving tools

·         Configuration and management of  the security devices&applications  such as Data Lost Prevention (DLP), Data Classification and Protection, SIEM,  End Point Protection Solutions,

·         Builds and maintains IT security solutions,

·         Evaluate new technologies and processes that enhance data protection capabilities,

·         Analyze and advise on new data protection technologies and program conformance.
