We are hiring an International Sales Specialist who will develop and manage the sales of our products in the designated responsibility area / countries (Middle East Countries, Africa Countries, Russia, USA, Canada, England, France, Germany, Poland, Kazakhistan; Uzbekistan etc.), create expansion in new territories and gaining new customers.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Graduated from the departments of faculty of engineering, economic and administrative sciences of well known universities in Turkey and abroad.
• Minimum 3 years of job experience atExport departments of companies which operate at aluminium railing systems Industry
• Analytical minded, result oriented,responsible and diciplined, stress-resistant and good at teamwork
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and preferably a second foreign language
• Excellent using of MS office programmes
• Strong communication, representation, persuasion and sales skills
• Researcher and open to improvement
• Ability to work with busy shedule, flexible working hours end intensive overseas journey programme
• No military obligation for male candidates
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Responsible for the whole export process from getting the orders , coordinating with production shipment and after sales services.
• Conducting business in an international environment with constant travels to abroad
• Looking for oppurtunities for increasing the number of export countries.
• Executing and ensuring smooth processing of export/import operations, ability to create solutions under related legislation/regulations, and develop complicated international trade and customs structures.
• Optimization and re-engineering of international trade/customs process flow to improve efficiency and low-cost base.
• Knowledge of Contract Management in terms of all types of Methods of Payment, incoterms 2021, Logistics and Customs Operations
• Running an international account from all aspects including sales, stock management, customer relations, etc.
• Building up a business strategies in designeted markets and following global technology trends
• Close contact with customers, suppliers, customs brokers, logistic companies, surveyors, banks, financial institutions, insurance brokers, and all related parties within the company.
• Sharing action plans for growing the impact on sales activities
• Prepare regular management reports including delivering budgets and account statements for ongoing trade activities.
