Debug and Repair Engineer

As the leading technology company operating in the mobile phone manufacturing industry, which has a facility located  in Tuzla; we are looking forward to meeting our new team member who will be contributing his/her broad expertise and will be responsible for engineering of the phone manufacturing process in our expanding organization as a  ‘Debug and Repair Engineer’.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

Technical secondary school or above and familiar with the basic knowledge of electronic products,

3-5 years’ experience preferable in a Electronic manufacturing industry, debug work experience is preferred.

Have strong maintenance technology, better master mobile phone related maintenance expertise is highly preferred;

Have a good sense of service, serious and responsible work, can independently take over a site machine maintenance is preferred

Must be a self-starter able to work with a minimum of supervision.

Good English communication and presentation skills (oral and written) are highly preferred

The successful candidate will have demonstrated abilities in troubleshooting, accountability, decision making and judgement, effective communication and critical thinking,

Male candidates must have completed military service,

Resides on the Asian side (Location is: Tuzla).

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for mobile phone repair site mobile phone fault diagnosis and elimination and mobile phone repair follow-up work,

Draft repair process document and work out the repair material list based on rework process,

Help to debug the process faults during manufacturing for electronic products,

Working with quality team to analyse and define the process failure during assembly,

Working with production team to correct human error during assembly,

Assist PE, ME, EE to solve engineering bottlenecks and improve engineering capabilities.
