QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a “Technical Service Manager” for our client about electromechanical sector with the following skills and the qualifications:

  • Engineering background preferably electrical and / or mechanical,
  • Fluency in English spoken and written,
  • Minimum 8-10 years experience in multinational companies,
  • Good service technology knowledge,
  • Computer skills/literacy
  • Min. 5 year team management experience,
  • No travel barriers.


  • To diagnose and fault find the repair of company products,
  • To undertake the service and repair of company products to the required standards,
  • To undertake the testing of company products and provide fully completed test and service reports,
  • To perform upgrades on company devices as required,
  • Being experienced in contract and customer oriented,
  • To perform tha management of the field team,
  • SLA management.
