We are currently seeking a Field Service Team Leader for one of our clients operating in the printing services sector, whom we provide consultancy services to.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, or related fields
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the field with at least 1.5 years in field team management
• Advanced proficiency in English
• Strong communication and solution-oriented skills in team management
• Willingness to travel without restrictions and enjoys traveling

Job Decription

• Identify needs based on post-sales customer requirements and implement action plans accordingly
• Oversee monthly performance, task allocation, and support of field teams
• Conduct customer visits outside the city in collaboration with technicians
• Relay incoming requests to the field and work with teams to resolve them
