Due to our growing organization, we are in need of result and teamwork oriented professionals to join our team as “BRANCH MANAGER” .

• University degree from a reputable university
• Preferably with consulting experience background
• Sales and at least 6 years of managerial experience, preferably in the service sector
• Have sharp commercial and business awareness with the customer oriented opportunistic approach
• Have strong analytical skills to lead the business on numerical targets
• A self motivated, success driven , self confident personality
• Excellent command of English both written and oral.
• Strong at team management and coaching
• Have good interpersonal communication and negotiation skills

İŞ TANIMI

• Establish and realise new business and market opportunities, build effective business relationships and expand the client network of the territory to endure ongoing profitable business in delivering all above HR services to the organizations.
• Drive proactively sales activities and spend considerable time in the field with the clients to reach sales target
• Develop and maintain excellent client relationships and service delivery
• Ensure commercial development and service quality of the branch
• Manage and coach all the operation team to assure full service quality and team motivation.
