JOB DESCRIPTION

• Collect briefs (texts, storyboards, etc.), check them, and correct them if necessary
• Issue, copy and circulate contact reports from meetings
• Proof-read English material at all stages of project
• Respond and deliver client and internal requests in a service oriented manner
• Fosters a good working relationship with clients, and internal partners either through direct contact or in support of client needs
• Guide the channels to sell ads according to the formats of the projects
• Ask for the approved ads sponsorship forms from the channels, and archive them at every country’s files.
• Talk with the directors about the projects ready to shoot, make the preparations for the shootings according to that, and inform the editing department
• Request the needs for the projects from the purchasing department through oracle and keep track of the result.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from Advertising or Radio TV degrees from reputable Universities
  
• Have a minimum 1 year job experience in advertising, media or agency;like media purchasing, creative or digital
• Be able to interpret client needs and produce a proposal to convert into a productive relationship
• Possess excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in English
