QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION


Join ABB Power Grids and work in a team that is dedicated to creating a future where innovative digital technologies allow greater access to cleaner energy.

We seek for a 'Part – Time Location HR Business Partner' who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in ABB in Power Grids Grid Integration, Grid Automation and High Voltage Products in Kartal location.


Your backround

  • Bachelors/Master degree in social science or engineering fields,
  • Min. 5 years of HR experiences (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, Labor Law),
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English & Turkish,
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications, SAP is preferable,
  • Being proactive, result oriented, self-motivated, customer focused, strong in teamwork and collaboration, 
  • Completed military service for male applicants, 
  • Having a valid driving license & no obstacle for traveling.
  • Responsibilities
  • Providing HR Support in the assigned geographic area and businesses to employees and mangers ensuring effective and sustainable workplace relations and performance in close collaboration with HR network,
  • Being part of the core member of the Local Business Management Team and regional HR community,
  • Reporting to the HBL HR and assuring the proper alignment and coordination of business needs and local regulations,
  • Implementation of HR priorities in the organization in line with group / global function and people strategy, covering culture, people and organization utilizing the existing HR Solution portfolio or ensuring to provide new solutions where appropriate, Implementation of HBL people strategy at the location,
  • Partnering with managers and employees in the relevant location to understand current issues that can be supported or resolved through HR practices, processes or policies,
  • Overseeing implementation of HR processes at the location ensuring compliance with Group Policy and guidelines,
  • Supporting manager to implement and follow up performance management activities on the site including PDA discussion, training needs dentification ect.,
  • Working closely with Talent Partners to ensure a healthy and sustainable talent pipeline in the organization considering internal talent pool and external market,
  • Partnering with business leaders to understand and identifying learning requirements for both individuals and critical populations at local level,
  • Representing HR in the workplace, build partnership between employees, HR and managers.
