QUALIFICATIONS

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar position
• Preferably a 4-year university graduate in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Proficiency in problem-solving techniques, especially 8D reporting, 5-why analysis, Pareto analysis
• Familiarity with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 9001 quality standards
• Residing in or willing to reside in Kocaeli, Istanbul-Asia

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Input cost estimates for measurement equipment in RFQ requests through I-Planet, participate in Equipment Feasibility studies, and make entries into relevant areas on I-Planet to meet target dates.
• Open orders for control equipment (gauges, fixtures, etc.) related to the project, follow up on procurement, verification, and acceptance, prepare control, fixture/gauge usage instructions, packaging instructions, and error reporting forms.
• Conduct machine capability and process capability (SPC) studies.
• Organize and oversee Process FMEA studies during the new product introduction process, organize MSA studies.
• Participate in trial production and R@R productions during the new product introduction process, perform part inspections as per instructions.
• Ensure the updating of Q drawings, provide training to technicians and operators on new parts/processes, initiate and follow up on improvement projects for continuous improvement.
• Evaluate risks on new production lines from a quality perspective and ensure that necessary measures are taken.
• Prepare quality documentation for the project's product in accordance with PPAP requirements, ensure that the product is not produced or shipped without approval.
• Follow up on additional measurement, testing, and updating requests for serial production parts based on customer requests.
• Procure and publish customer-specific requests for first-time customers.
• Participate in trials according to the supplier trial plan and the schedule determined by the project team, report non-conformities, and participate in R@R trials at the supplier.
• Communicate with customers regarding trading parts, forward PPAP requests to manufacturing locations, and follow up on them.
• Manage customer complaints for trading parts, facilitate communication between manufacturing locations and customers.
