Job Description:

• Work with data and analyze trends to drive segmentation and enhance effectiveness of campaigns
• Engage and manage external resources including agencies and vendor partners 
• Identify, initiate and execute multichannel campaigns
• Lead identification of key performance metrics for alternative channels
• Development and execution of Multichannel KPIs
• Analyzes and use of multichannel data for targeting and segmenting customers.
• Develop and analyze customized approaches in multichannel marketing projects, share best practices within the organization.
• Arrange cross-functional meetings to facilitate multichannel closed loop marketing
• Approach analyze data to gain insight, recommend corrective actions and consult on improvement area.
• Train newly joined stakeholders on multichannel approach
• Act as the liaison and consultant between agencies and internal stakeholders for multichannel marketing projects.
• Responsible for tactical design and execution of MCM plans
• Manage or oversee management of MCM project timelines and deliverables
• Accountable for operations and management of agencies and vendor partners; ensures on-time and flawless delivery across channels, tactics and programs
• Accountable for development and management of data requirement standards to ensure consistent reporting and measurement

Must Have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline
• At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing -  preferable
• Common understanding / Experience with budget management
• Working collaboratively with 3rd party vendors
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and deliver results against tight deadlines
• Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (Veeva) - preferable
• Power-user of tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
