Candidates are expected to have the following qualifications and skills;

• University Degree preferably in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or Pharmacy will be an asset 

• Excellent command of both written and spoken English 

• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Set and MRP tools 

• At least 1 year of related experience in a pharmaceutical company is an asset 

• Excellency in communication skills and conflict management 

• Agility and ability to adapt to a fast changing environment 

• Detail oriented 

• Excellent teamwork skills

Job Description:

• Ensure that all the warehousing operations are performed in accordance with Pfizer Quality Standards and current GMP&GDP and MoH regulations 

 • Batch record preparation/controls 

 • Receiving controls/sampling documentation controls and take actions in case of any errors 

 • Status management/release products to market on time 

 • Cold-chain product management; release/shipping conditions follow up 

 • Control and release/reject the returned products • Attend internal and external audits/visiting the contractors to ensure that the operations are done according to Pfizer Quality Standards and follow up of the findings 

 • Follow up quality related supplier product complaints 

 • Follow up Change Control and Deviations 

• Update and/or write the SOP’s according to the current processes 

 • Train the staff according the Pfizer Standard Operating Procedures 

 • Take actions immediately if/when there is a recall, quality alert or stop distribution 

 • Prepare quarterly/annual reports of all quality operations taking place in the DC 

 • Declare monthly controlled substances to the MoHContinuous improvement of processes 

 • Coordinate amongst a diverse group of departments to assure an excellent service level

This position will be located in the Pfizer Distribution Center in Gebze/KOCAELİ.
