QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Economics, Marketing, etc.
- Min. 2 years of experience in a similar sector (basic knowledge in a similar/related sector)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and technical problem-solving ability,
- Good at project and customer management,
- Perfectly Fit for teamwork, eager to learn
- Good command of written and spoken English, good command of a second language is an asset,
- Good command of MS Office applications,
- No military obligation for male candidates
- Following the group company's orders and deliveries by using ERP system.
- Technical and commercial support to customers.
- Managing orders using the ERP system and following up on order related issues with the client and within other departments.
- Organize and participate in relevant sales meetings with customers,
- Provide customer satisfaction, identify the problems and carry out the necessary actions,
- Coordinate the projects and follow in-house procedures
- Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to management.
