Job Description

• Cost allocation to related departments and fixed cost budget monitoring,
• Product / material cost controlling (Planning/Forecasting/Analyzing),
• Annual budget and monthly forecasts with variance analysis,
• Preparation and presentation of overhead and product cost controlling reports,
• Annual investment budgeting and follow up,
• Receivable monitoring and collection, relationship with customers on accounts receivable topics,
• SAP CO maintenance and business partner to other departments for CO module, responsibility of profit/cost centers,
• Being a contact point for finance and controlling colleagues in BU's and shared services,
• The development and implementation of updated Power BI and relevant tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, and other relevant departments,
• Knowledge about Python, BI Tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI), SQL or relational databases,
• Minimum 3 years of work experience - of which in controller position - in financial controlling and budgeting functions in a production company, preferably in a multinational company or has a work experience spent in an independent audit firm, audit department.
• Knowledge of accounting procedures and financial reporting practices and IFRS.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel in particular) and SAP FI/CO,
• Excellent command of English,
• Ability to handle, analyse large amount of data and present it,
• Attention to detail,
• Analytical thinking, social competence & teamwork ability,
• Excellent time management and stress management abilities.
• Accounting skills, including knowledge of accounting principles, standards and techniques, cost analysis and reduction, cash flow management
