An exciting role for a Human Resources Executive has arisen with BDP International. Founded in 1966, BDP International has grown to become a large logistics player with 148 offices globally, employing nearly 4,300 people worldwide.

The Human Resources Executive is responsible for all functions of Human Resources Management. Your key responsbilities will include: Training & Development Management, Global Performance Management, Selection & Recruitment Management,Employee Engagement and HR related reporting.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics and Social Sciences / Business Administration or relevant field of study.
  
• Master's degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or related field is an asset
  
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in HR role gained in an international environment
  
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels in the organization
  
• Strong planning skills and driven to deliver
  
• Excellent command of English / Turkish both written and spoken
  
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
  
• Detail oriented, comfortable with multi tasking
  
• Knowledge of best practices in HR system implementation and management is essential
  
• Excellent organization, communication and time-management skills
  

Job Description

• Managing end-to-end recruitment cycle to ensure a consistent flow of right candidates for the business, an exceptional journey for the candidates, and timely results for the managers
  
• Supporting the implementation of learning and training programs, tools and processes supporting identified needs
  
• Responsibility for all HR data management ensuring that all HR systems are up to date
  
• Ability to operate basic HR systems data management, generating reports and metrics, providing analysis and interpretation and effectively collaborating with HR colleagues to implement solutions
  
• Implementing HR procedures in line with BDP International’s procedures.
  
• Responsibility for local implementation of any global HR initiatives and processes.
  
• Making necessary HR analysis and preparing reports
  
• Coordinating job analysis, job evaluations and job classifications' preparation process.
  
• Ensuring daily operational support for HR systems and other tools in close cooperation with the key users, process owners and centers of expertise
  
• Active involvement in our global performance management system,
  
• Planning and implementing company’s talent acquisition, organizational development and global human resources strategies
