 QUALIFICATIONS

·       Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Economics and related disciplines

·       1-2 years experience in finance and/or accounting (Multinational and/or audit company experience is preferred)

·       Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment

·       Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

·       Powerful analytical & problem solving skills

·       Fluent in English

·       Ability to prioritize tasks, deal with competing demands, and self-manage day-to-day activities

·       Pro-activeness, willingness to learn new tasks and accounting skills

JOB DESCRIPTION  

·       Acting as local business responsible of Accounts Payable and Time&Expense

·       Checking vendor invoices within local tax requirements and following payment processes

·       Preparing and following of vendor base reconciliations on monthly basis

·       Following of prepaid based expenses and reporting them to Service Center which is based on Prague.

·       Cooperating with local team and Prague Team (Service Center) on daily shared activities.

·       Performing the bank postings, and month-end adjustments and vendor based clearings on SAP

·       Preparing reports for HR Department related to overtime details, vacation days and absence attendance

·       Assisting the team on payroll preparation and payment process

·       Preparing Internal Control Activities which are in the responsibilities by following the defined rules and procedures of the Company

·       Assisting the team for tax and financial audit process, providing support to general accounting and tax operations and declarations

·       Preparing necessary documents for monthly VAT, WHT declarations and reporting of BA-BS forms.

·       Assisting the team on technopark related tax exemption reportings

·       Supporting team for ad-hoc topics based on USGAAP or Turkish Chart of Accounts.

·       Being a back up for the statutory controller role in future
