We are looking for a Jr. Quality Engineer for our growing organization in Aegean Free Zone, GAZIEMIR – İzmir

• Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering
  • High level of English, both spoken and written
  • 1-3 years of experience in machinery industry, preferably in food machinery
  • High level of ERP understanding, preferably in Business Central
  • Team player with a structured work attitude and self-motivation
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • No restriction on traveling abroad
  • No military obligation for male candidates
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 will be an advantage as will an auditor certificate
  • International experience will be an advantage
• Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders worldwide to register quality issues correctly
  • Coordinate root cause analysis on quality issues and implementation of preventive actions
  • Perform and/or support 8D studies globally
  • Analyze and report quality data and trends to identify areas of improvement
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with standards and regulations
  • Support the development and implementation of quality improvement projects and initiatives
  • Provide training and guidance to Gram employees on quality matters
